The latest on what is happening with the North Korea (King Jom UN) and US (Trump) standoff and it's potential for World War 3. With Trump according to the media sending an Armada of warships to North Korea in response to the escalation of missile tests by the ruler of that country, things looked like they were Heading to a possible World War 3 event, the timing which would have been over the Easter weekend. With all eyes on the media and North Korea over the Easter period, the result has been an almost deafening silence from the media and anywhere else on North Korea.
Recent developments post Easter in the headlines seem to suggest that China seems to be finally acknowledging the seriousness of the potential situation and starting to take steps. Russia has been more pro-active and taking the appropriate actions in view of the escalating North Korea and US face off. The US Armada heading to North Korea?
Last week Donald Trump, the US president, said he had ordered an "armada" into the northwest Pacific in a show of force designed to deter North Korea from further missile and nuclear weapons test. The US defence ministry later acknowledged the ships had actually travelled into the Indian Ocean to carry out manoeuvres with Australian forces, and only began their journey north recently. Hence the quietness over Easter when the warships would have arrived.
The suspension of flights from China to North Korea
China's national airline, Air China, announced it was suspending flights from Beijing to the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, from late on Friday, Chinese state broadcaster CCTV said. It did not say why the flights, which operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, were being suspended.

Russia starts to move military to it's borders with North Korea.
Russia has moved heavy military equipment towards its border with North Korea amid mounting fears of a military clash between Pyongyang and the United States over the North’s nuclear program. According to news sources Helicopters, Tanks and ground forces have been moved to the Russian Border with North Korea
The recent UN meeting
After a recent UN meeting, in a unanimous statement, the council demanded that North Korea "conduct no further nuclear tests" and said Pyongyang's "illegal missile activities" were "greatly increasing tension in the region and beyond".North Korea carried out a failed missile test on Sunday, a day after displaying missiles at a parade in Pyongyang. A warning that sanctions would be issued if further missile testing were to take place was issued by the UN counsel.

The Rodong Sinmun, the official newspaper of the North's ruling Workers' Party, said in an editorial on Thursday: "In the case of our super-mighty preemptive strike being launched, it will completely and immediately wipe out not only US imperialists' invasion forces in South Korea and its surrounding areas but the US mainland and reduce them to ashes,".

The US and North Korea conflict in Prophecy terms
What started out as a potential situation between the US and North Korea has, as anticipated escalated, sucking in other countries including the two major Super powers of China and Russia. The question that is raised is will China and Russia who are neighbouring nations that have recently forged ties be willing to support a US strike on North Korea when the US relations with both China and Russia are not exactly on the friendliest of terms? As mentioned in a previous US and North Korea article this situation in prophecy terms would tie in very closely with the Prophecy mentioned in the Book of Revelation especially the Second Seal of Revelation known as the Second Horseman of the Apocalypse

Over the weekend it was announced that the US had sent a number of navy warships to North Korea in connection with the recent missile launches that have been taking place clearly in violation of International Law. That tweet was put out with a link to the relevant story with some concern. At the time, this recently followed just days previously a missile strike on Syria by Trump following the recent chemical weapons attack that killed 100 people.
This article will quickly look at this rapidly evolving North Korea situation (see previous article for Syria and Bible Prophecy) to see what the general situation is, whether it is of concern and whether this is mentioned anywhere in Bible Prophecy?

Obviously this situation is of concern. The intention by the Trump and the US is to curb further missile testing in North Korea by King Jom Un which the surrounding nations have failed to achieve or are simply ignoring, hoping the problem will go away. This is exactly how the Second World War started, when action was finally taken..... it was too late. The US is taking these steps more in the name of peace. The problem again with the tactics being employed here by the US is yet again a "fighting fire with fire" mentality which has the potential to go beyond Sabre rattling and launching us unwittingly into a possible World War 3 scenario. At present this move doesn't seem to have any backing from neighbouring nations in the Asia Pacific, or even allies that backed the Syria attack, but these are early days.
Is this mentioned in Bible Prophecy?
Most if not all of Bible Prophecy revolves around the Middle East particularly Israel and more to the point Jerusalem, with the two most relevant being the Battle of Gog Magog and Armageddon (some say these are one and the same). Hence the interest in the Syria attack which is a neighbouring nation to Israel. BUT there is a mention of some sort of war before these major battles take place, which is mentioned in the Second Horseman of the Apocalypse which is the Second Seal of Revelation.

Some say this Second Seal has been opened. some say this seal has yet to be opened. Some say that none of the seals have been opened at all. I personally think quite strongly otherwise, but I could be wrong. A recent video which features over at The Twelve Gates You Tube Channel called WWW iii & The Second Seal of Revelation Prophecy made some weeks ago, gives my views on whether this Second Seal actually has been opened, what it means in our current times and most importantly........ has this seal been opened.
Summary.
It is too early to say what will happen with the US and North Korea, the US simply outclasses North Korea in technological military terms if a war was to emerge, although in number terms North Korea have a surprisingly massive army. Despite their military might however, the US must not forget what happened in Vietnam and also David and Goliath in the Bible also springs to mind!
Looking at a map of the Pacific Ocean raises another problem that is close to hand in that area, that is the South China Seas. Any action with North Korea could cause a possible flare up situation there, with a much larger and far more formidable opponent, namely China which the US has not had favourable encounters with recently. This was also mentioned in another video called China and Bible Prophecy who again are mentioned indirectly as stated in the video in the Book of Revelation and the Prophecy it contains.
What role does China have to play in Revelation Prophecy
The rise of China and Bible Prophecy. While most of the World is focusing on America, Russia and the Middle East or even North Korea for any signs of the beginnings of World War 3 or Armageddon, there is a massive nation that is quietly moving strategically in military terms and expanding it's horizons beyond it's own shores. This has been happening especially in the last decade or so. That Nation is China.
Currently the worlds No2 only topped by the US, but the gap is narrowing at a frightening rate and increasingly in some respects China is the Worlds No1. With the recent headlines demonstrating that China is branching out beyond it's shores and laying claim to the South China Seas building man made islands. The even later headlines lay claim that China has almost completed a military base in Africa, the purpose of this base remains unclear but a China military expansion overseas seems to be the reason.
China has indeed awakened from a centuries old economic sleep induced by communism and woken up by Westernisation. With the increased Westernisation of the Economy these are giving rise to indications within the Nation itself that an economic No1 power house is in the making that will eclipse the US very soon. Of the ten tallest buildings in the world, seven of them are in China! City building in China is also progressing at a rapid rate and China's exports are renowned for flooding the world market with products at such a low price they stifle all global competition. Take a look on eBay to see this in action. China is also one of the largest purchasers of US debt in effect propping the US economy and keeping confidence in the US Dollar. What would happen if China ceased doing this is something that Western economists fret over daily. An economic war is already underway and it looks like China is starting to focus increasingly on strengthening it's already considerable military might.
BUT is China mentioned in Bible Prophecy as one of the countries that could feature in a World War 3 situation. Book of Revelation Prophecy and especially Ezekiel which actually names the countries that will be involved in a potential World War 3 scenario, but most if not all are focused on countries in the Middle East region or surrounding area. So does China feature in Bible Prophecy? Is the recent military muscle flexing an indication of that fact, or are the recent China military headlines of no Biblical Prophetic interest whatsoever?
Revelation 9:14-18 is often quoted as the Bible verse that hints a strong possibility of the might of the Chinese military which surpasses anything on this planet that is land based.
Revelation 9 The Sixth Trumpet 14. Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15. And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16. And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18. By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
Countries mentioned in Ezekiel 38 and 39 mentioned in the KJV include Gog, Magog, Rosh, Meshech, Tubal (verse 1), Persia, Ethiopia, Libya (verse 5), Gomer, and Togarmah (verse 6). Most Bible scholars agree Rosh and Magog = Russia and its satellites; Meshech and Tubal = Russia or Turkey; Persia = Iran, Cush = Sudan; Put = Libya; Gomer and Togarmah = Turkey. The leading nations mentioned are the grandsons of Noah through his son Japheth mentioned in Genesis 10:1-2. Magog is the 2nd son; Tubal the 5th; and Meshech is the 6th.
There is reference to something that vaguely could be China in the Old Testament that includes from the very beginning of the Bible in Genesis and also by one of the major Prophets as in Isaiah.
Some Bible scholars state that China is mentioned as "the Sinite" and are referred to in Genesis 10:17
17. And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
China is also possibly mentioned again in Isaiah 49:12 as where the "land of Sinim" is located.
12. Behold, these shall come from far: and, lo, these from the north and from the west; and these from the land of Sinim.
The "Sinites" along with other races settled in the what we call today the East which is today called China. These people became scattered after the destruction of the Tower of Babel mentioned in Revelation 11:1-9 (see foot of article)
BUT it is in The Book of Revelation where we find a much more solid reference to something that is coming from the "The East"
Revelation 16 The Sixth Vial (Bowl) 12. And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.
13. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet.
14. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
15. Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

The River Euphrates is mentioned in both the Sixth Seal and the Sixth Vial of Revelation. Some say these two judgement events run parallel at similar times, others say they are approx 3.5 years apart due to the chronology of Revelation which again some agree with and some do not. The River Euphrates has always been a border between East and West and is one of the first four rivers mentioned in the Bible in the Garden of Eden which gets mentioned again in Revelation above.
Genesis 2:14. And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
The symbol of the nation of China by no coincidence is the Dragon and the nation has always embraced religions such as Taoism, Confucianism and Buddhism which fly in the face of Christianity. The recent headlines showing an increase in Christian persecution in recent years reinforces this view in post communist China.
Here are some rules enforced on Christians in China which number below 1% of the population.
1. Christians are consistently forbidden the right to do any public evangelism of any kind. Private worship is reluctantly permitted but gospel preaching is banned. (Russia is following this lead)
2. Directives to the state-controlled churches warn pastors not to preach the message of Revelation.
3. Sunday School teachers are not allowed to discuss the "day of the Lord" predicted in both the Old and New Testaments.
4. The Olivet Discourse, recorded in three of the four Gospels is forbidden (the most important outline of prophecy in Scripture).

Conclusions:
China is not directly referenced or mentioned in the Bible in the Old or New Testament, but it is mentioned a number of times indirectly and looks possibly to be part of the Battle of Armageddon. Certainly the nations movements and actions and increased military focus look to be moving towards fulfilling Bible Prophecy and China is a nation that cannot be ignored in global terms nor in Biblical Prophecy terms either.

With the rise of Christian Persecution not just in China and the Middle East but increasingly around the globe questions are starting to appear in Christian´s minds (they are in mine) as to what the future holds for Christianity. Will it survive in it´s current form and where is it destined to be heading. Hence this article.
This was going to be written later this week but has been jolted into action a couple of days early as a result of the recent 84 year old priest attack inside a Church in Normandy on Tuesday 26 July 2016. Unfortunately a sign of the times we are in and a definite confirmation that we are in the End Times as mentioned in the Bible. A terrible tragedy and a cowardly attack but rest assured as unpleasant as that death was he died a martyr for his faith and the perpetrators know this and he will be going onto a better place. You can try, but you´ll never, ever beat the truth. You can kill it but it will live on in another form and it will make itself stronger. You can put out the light but it will just shine brighter somewhere else. The more persecuted Christians become the more they realise just like the Jews during the Holocaust, their faith is the true faith and it just gets even stronger as a result, so strong in fact you are willing to put your life on the line for it, the ultimate insult to anybody trying to kill you. It´s also designed to create hatred and fear within the Christian faith and community. In short the people who conducted this act are terrified of Christianity, they know it´s the truth, otherwise if it wasn´t a threat and just another fake religion, why would they go through all this trouble to kill an innocent priest?

Before this attack, this article was going to be formed around a previous article about the life of Anchorites, Hermits, Monks and Nuns. One in particular provided the inspiration to write this article about the future of Christianity and that is the video about Agafiya an Old Believer in the remotest areas of Siberia who escaped persecution from the Reformed Russian Orthodox Church. She refused to be a part of as it removed all the important religious parts of the faith saying they were no longer part of it. She says the reformation was done by a Satanist. Many other of these Old Believer Christians did the same thing and went into hiding in the wilderness. That requires a firmness of faith beyond belief and these people are what I call the "True Christians". They "walk as Jesus walked", "live as Jesus lived" and "Love and Jesus loved". I asked myself the question "Would you be prepared to go to those lengths and live in the wilderness off the land like a Hermit". The answer was a surprising "Yes" if things start to get very bad indeed in this world that we are living in.

The Original Christian Church
Back in the day in biblical times the Holy Spirit was working strongly amongst the Christian faith and the movement was completely different to what it is today. With so many denominations, ways to be baptised and the focus on Church Buildings and their upkeep and maintenance rather than the faith and God and Jesus Christ things seem to have got lost along the way. The original biblical model for Church or "The Body of Christ" was a group of believers.... That´s it. The Christian Church back then wasn't a building. These early believers did not have church buildings to meet in. They met mostly in homes and it was a community where everybody helped everybody else. No one person was more important then the other. The first church buildings did not start to appear until the early 200s. The early church did not have denominations as we think of them today. The early Christians were the targets of repeated persecutions - some of unspeakable cruelty especially during Roman times where the "Church" was attempted by the Roman Empire to be crushed on two major occasions. Sound familiar.

In pondering what will happen with Christianity in the future, the Old Christian Church and this Agafiya woman (picture at head of article) immediately sprang to mind and provided the initial inspiration for this article. The Normandy Priest murder attack just added an extra urgency.
What´s going to happen to the Christian Faith
I honestly think with the increased Christian Persecution, burning down of Churches (especially Christian Orthodox), removal of Christian Religious symbolism around the globe and the general generation of a dislike for Christians via the media in a subliminal way, this will lead to the faith going underground but becoming stronger as a result and popping up in new places in ever increasing numbers.
Christianity in China
China, a massive place with a huge population, at present there is a huge movement of new Christian believers underway and it´s growing at a wildfire rate and the authorities are aware of this. Christianity is not accepted in China but they still practice their faith and it has gone underground literally. It looks like the Holy Spirit is working strongly in that country for some reason just like it did back in the day in Biblical times when the "Original Church" was around. Christianity in the Middle East
In the Middle East in the Christian heartland, Christians are getting persecuted relentlessly and many have either evacuated the Christian heartlands and live outside the religious area called the Holy Land or some have kept their faith and pay taxes to stay where they are, a sort of disincentive to the Christian faith "you want to stay a Christian and still live here...that´s fine but you will be taxed as a result". Some have just given in and become Muslim which is the main religion in the Middle East just to have an easier life and get the perks that the religion gives. You could say a process is underway in various forms around the world that is separating the "True Christian" from the "I´m just a Christian on Sunday" types. A sort of separating the wheat from the chaff scenario.

A recent headline from Russia further proves that Christianity is going to eventually head underground with Vladimir Putin recently announcing that he will be making Christian Evangelism outlawed in the form of Preaching either on the streets or any form of the same on websites or social media. A bit of a shock really as he is publicly known to be seen to attend Russian Orthodox Church services.

What form will the future Christian faith take and where is it heading?
I think with the recent Christian persecution events taking place, I really see the Christian Faith going full circle and reverting back to what it was during Roman Times with people meeting up at houses and doing the exact same thing that Christians did back in the Biblical Day. I see this very strongly. What would be the outcome for the current model of Church and it´s buildings especially say in Europe that we see today?
Europe without Christianity - The end of faith in Europe
What will happen to the Traditional Church based Christian model especially in Europe?
With the decline of the traditional church any of these scenario could pan out or things could just continue as they are. There could be other scenarios
1. Churches will either close down, become homeless shelters full time or something similar such as a community centre or just turned into pubs and supermarkets, museums, turned into flats or offices (happening already) or whatever use that the local council sees fit.
2. The other route is the Churches may be turned into "Multi Faith" venues with "All Welcome" on the doors or entrance where Buddhists, Hindus, those of Judaism faith, New Agers and Muslims and any other religions can meet along with Christians. They will be New Age Christian venues along the lines of the Mega Churches in the US such as Lakewood run by Joel Osteen and Victoria Osteen with their New Age (false) teachings but just in a smaller venue/location.
3. With the rising Muslim influx in Europe (think mass migration) in particular and increasingly empty Churches it wouldn´t surprise me if Churches with low attendance numbers that only open a couple of days a week would be shut modified, gutted, all pews removed and turned into Mosques.

SUMMARY
As a "Born Again" or "Saved" Christian (See Testimony) I personally go to Church 6 days a week (Saturday off), pray 3 times a day these days (Psalms morning and evening at home), (Psalms and Personal Prayer at Church) but I only go to an official church service on Sunday. The other 5 times I´m just praying with NO official church service (nobody is there except 2 or 3 other Christians like me praying as well) and sometimes the cleaner is there mopping the floor or using the vacuum cleaner giving us strange looks! After the Normandy attack and recent police warnings to UK Christians I stlll went to church as usual. If all the churches in the UK closed or were getting repeatedly attacked, as far as my faith is concerned it wouldn´t have the slightest impact. Church is important BUT I can pray in the Local Park, McDonalds, Library, at work, in a field I really couldn´t care less, a Church is just a building. What I call "The Sunday Church Brigade" would be affected tremendously and probably the vast majority their faith as well. But if things went full circle and people started meeting up in houses again (which I see coming) just like back in the day, then we would be at a situation which I think God would find desirable and what the original Biblical model of Church was.
The Normandy incident is just one of many recent Christian Persecution Events taking place around the globe and as this predicted emerging New World Order get´s ever closer by the day Christian Persecution I think will reach the extreme levels just as in Roman Times or as with the Jews in the Holocaust as witnessed in the Second World War. Just as in Roman Times I think there will be two divided camps again those outside the True Christian faith and those in "The Faith". People outside of the Christian faith will get sucked into this New World Order One World Religion which I think will be New Age in format a sort of one size fits all and on the surface the answer to all the worlds problems but will be a False Christianity. It will be the easier option and "The Mark" will be one of the components of adopting that faith. Those who do not adopt it will be the True or Real Christians and they will be driven underground or into the wilderness just as Agafia was when they reformed the Russian Orthodox Church. If this happens then the Prophecy in the Book of Revelation would be fulfilled.
I would say that anybody that publicly preaches, is running a website such as this or similar with a Christian or End Times bias who also has quite a following on social media is a prime target for being silenced, shut down or even attacked or worse. According to some sources that is happening already. If the updates suddenly cease on this website you will know why.
This will just drive Christianity underground and it will become stronger than it ever was. The Chinese Underground Christian Video I really think gives you a taste of what form Christianity will take in the future. Do you really think death threats or terrorist activity will deter these peoples faith. I think not. I see the way forward as being "old school", non church as in large fancy building based and non denominational. I think in the current day church something got lost along the way, something quite important.
This predicted new "Underground Christianity" or "Real Christianity", everybody will come together and will become one "Body of Christ" and "Church" will become just like it was back in the day and the Holy Spirit will be moving strongly in these very last days. People, will look on in wonder just like in those Biblical Times and think "WOW I want to be a part of that". I think that is no bad thing and maybe that it was what "The Lord" wanted all along.

A look at the current bizarre weather that the world is STILL experiencing in July 2016 with a focus on Global Extreme Flooding, AFTER the infamous El Nino effect has apparently subsided and we are now heading into what scientists are calling La Nina which is the exact opposite of El Nino but doesn't kick in until later this year?. Apparently El Nino peaked roundabout Feb 2016 which means it's been in decline ever since.
Personally I never bought into this media touting of El Nino which was the explanation for any bizarre weather patterns taking place during 2015 and up to now in 2016. It was used as a scapegoat for Natural Disasters and Extreme Weather which were explained away by "It's nothing to worry about, it's just El Nino and it will pass". doesn't explain the rise in Sinkholes, Earthquakes and Volcanic activity though does i?
Well here we are in July 2016 and granted we are not seeing Tropical Cyclones and Hurricanes of the size and intensity as "Patricia" but the headlines are still coming in thick and fast and especially when it comes to floodings. Virgina and China being two recent cases, Texas another and relatively dry areas such as Nevada seeing flash flooding on an unprecendented scale. Freaky giant hail is still occurring, and at the other end of the scale wildfires and drought are still on the rampage, the apocalyptic Fort McMurray wildfire being a recent case in point..
Some regions of the world do experience flooding especially in Asia and they have Monsoon Seasons, some areas do experience drought and wildfires on an annual basis such as Australia and California. These are a given! But it's the sheer ferocity of this extreme weather that is out of character and a vast deviation from the norm that is the concern here with records being smashed. The recent Chinese floodings smashed all records and when you watch a video of a 74 year old Chinese Woman nearly in tears surrounded by water saying she has lived there all her life and has never seen rain and floods like this in her lifetime..........you realise that something is not quite right here............something is going on!
Some of the recent headlines. These are all just the last few weeks from 4 June 2016 to July 2016. We are talking just over a month here. This was a quick skim, there's probably way way more! All these floods are characterised by continous prolonged heavy rain and rising water levels at frightening rates, so fast it's difficult to even evacuate in time.

Press Release Number: 3 The powerful 2015-2016 El Niño has passed its peak but remains strong and will continue to influence the global climate, according to the latest update from the World Meteorological Organization. It is expected to weaken in the coming months and fade away during the second quarter of 2016.
The second quarter of 2016 would equate to April-June 2016. We are now in July and in terms of flooding it looks like things have remained unchanged with flooding on a biblical scale still common around the globe. Things are not exactly fading away are they. So regardless of the respected source......srcap that theory,
What other explanations are out there?
How about La Nina which is supposed to be in the ascendant in the third quarter onwards this year. Has it arrived early??
The La Nina a Definition:
La Niña is the positive phase of the El Niño Southern Oscillation and is associated with cooler than average sea surface temperatures in the central and eastern tropical Pacific Ocean.
Basically La Nina is the exact opposite of El Nino. In layman terms the areas that experienced drought and wildfires during El Nino will experience heavy rain and flooding during La Nina. Those areas of the world that experienced heavy rains and flooding during El Nino will experience drought and possible wildfires during La Nina. In short it's the Polar opposite effect.
I'm not buying that theory either as I never bought into El Nino.

As kooky and Conspiracy Theory based as this videos explanation is, Weather Weapons to me is the only one that seems to make any sense and the jigsaw pieces fit. I gave up searching on You Tube and Google for anything else, there just didn't seem to be any rational explanation out there?
So what does the Bible have to say about floods in "The End Times" . Does it have the answer?
An important thing to note is that firstly after the floods in the times of Noah in the Old Testament a covenant was made by God never to totally flood the world again.
Genesis 9:15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
The emphasis is on the word "totally" and in the Bible quote "All" that doesn't mean there will be more localised floods next time around.
The New Testament carries a warning that when the Son of Man appears again (Jesus), people will be eating and drinking, marrying and giving up in marriage just as they did right up to the day when Noah went into the ark. Everything was normal, in other words, for those who were unaware of God’s intentions. However, for Noah and his family, it was clear that the time was coming when God would bring all of creation to an end.
Luke 17:26-27 "And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
That Chapter goes on to mention the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah in pretty much the same breath!
The current and continued flooding around the world. What is the best explanation. El Nino?, La Nina?, Weather Weapons? OR the Bible. You decide!
