Why is there still global extreme flooding if El Nino has finished?

A look at the current bizarre weather that the world is STILL experiencing in July 2016 with a focus on Global Extreme Flooding, AFTER the infamous El Nino effect has apparently subsided and we are now heading into what scientists are calling La Nina which is the exact opposite of El Nino but doesn't kick in until later this year?. Apparently El Nino peaked roundabout Feb 2016 which means it's been in decline ever since.

Personally I never bought into this media touting of El Nino which was the explanation for any bizarre weather patterns taking place during 2015 and up to now in 2016. It was used as a scapegoat for Natural Disasters and Extreme Weather which were explained away by "It's nothing to worry about, it's just El Nino and it will pass". doesn't explain the rise in Sinkholes, Earthquakes and Volcanic activity though does i?

Well here we are in July 2016 and granted we are not seeing Tropical Cyclones and Hurricanes of the size and intensity as "Patricia" but the headlines are still coming in thick and fast and especially when it comes to floodings. Virgina and China being two recent cases, Texas another and relatively dry areas such as Nevada seeing flash flooding on an unprecendented scale. Freaky giant hail is still occurring, and at the other end of the scale wildfires and drought are still on the rampage, the apocalyptic Fort McMurray wildfire being a recent case in point..

Some regions of the world do experience flooding especially in Asia and they have Monsoon Seasons, some areas do experience drought and wildfires on an annual basis such as Australia and California. These are a given! But it's the sheer ferocity of this extreme weather that is out of character and a vast deviation from the norm that is the concern here with records being smashed. The recent Chinese floodings smashed all records and when you watch a video of a 74 year old Chinese Woman nearly in tears surrounded by water saying she has lived there all her life and has never seen rain and floods like this in her lifetime..........you realise that something is not quite right here............something is going on!

Some of the recent headlines. These are all just the last few weeks from 4 June 2016 to July 2016. We are talking just over a month here. This was a quick skim, there's probably way way more! All these floods are characterised by continous prolonged heavy rain and rising water levels at frightening rates, so fast it's difficult to even evacuate in time.

The powerful 2015-2016 El Niño has passed its peak but remains strong and will continue to influence the global climate, according to the latest update from the World Meteorological Organization. It is expected to weaken in the coming months and fade away during the second quarter of 2016.

The second quarter of 2016 would equate to April-June 2016. We are now in July and in terms of flooding it looks like things have remained unchanged with flooding on a biblical scale still common around the globe. Things are not exactly fading away are they. So regardless of the respected source......srcap that theory,

What other explanations are out there?

How about La Nina which is supposed to be in the ascendant in the third quarter onwards this year. Has it arrived early??

The La Nina a Definition:

La Niña is the positive phase of the El Niño Southern Oscillation and is associated with cooler than average sea surface temperatures in the central and eastern tropical Pacific Ocean.

Basically La Nina is the exact opposite of El Nino. In layman terms the areas that experienced drought and wildfires during El Nino will experience heavy rain and flooding during La Nina. Those areas of the world that experienced heavy rains and flooding during El Nino will experience drought and possible wildfires during La Nina. In short it's the Polar opposite effect.

I'm not buying that theory either as I never bought into El Nino.

As kooky and Conspiracy Theory based as this videos explanation is, Weather Weapons to me is the only one that seems to make any sense and the jigsaw pieces fit. I gave up searching on You Tube and Google for anything else, there just didn't seem to be any rational explanation out there?

So what does the Bible have to say about floods in "The End Times" . Does it have the answer?

An important thing to note is that firstly after the floods in the times of Noah in the Old Testament a covenant was made by God never to totally flood the world again.

Genesis 9:15
And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

The emphasis is on the word "totally" and in the Bible quote "All" that doesn't mean there will be more localised floods next time around.

The New Testament carries a warning that when the Son of Man appears again (Jesus), people will be eating and drinking, marrying and giving up in marriage just as they did right up to the day when Noah went into the ark. Everything was normal, in other words, for those who were unaware of God’s intentions. However, for Noah and his family, it was clear that the time was coming when God would bring all of creation to an end.

Luke 17:26-27
"And just as it happened in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man: they were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.

That Chapter goes on to mention the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah in pretty much the same breath!

The current and continued flooding around the world. What is the best explanation. El Nino?, La Nina?, Weather Weapons? OR the Bible. You decide!
