Mass Animal Deaths Wordlwide. What is the explanation?

Animals on land, sea and air are dying in increasingly large numbers, it seems to be becoming more frequent in 2015. Fingers seem to be pointing at pollution and pesticides in all these areas being the main cause. Climate change, Disease, Pathogens and El Nino are  also being cited as a contributory factor. Toxic waste is yet another. More bizarre causes cited for the deaths include: a result of UFOs, government tests, or even secret weapons. The death levels are so high what would normally take thousands of years to wipe out and make a species extinct, at the current rate would take merely years for this extinction to take place.

It's affecting all species,
fish, reptiles, mammals, insects and birds. All the deaths have an ominous mysterious air to them with thousands just turning up within a very short period of time, not a gradual increase over a longer period of time which would be the natural expectation if pollution or environmental factors were to blame.

The deaths seem to be happening in very specific locations but globally.

The strange thing is, if all types of animals are being affected, whatever is causing it, why isn't it affecting the human population in the same way? As an example Toxic Waste by it's very nature is TOXIC which would mean it would be deadly to all life forms including humans. We are also at the top of the food chain, whatever is being affected lower down ultimately means we will be affected also. But at present that does not seem to be the case.

Scientists have some vague explanations for some cases but are mostly baffled by what is happening. The bible references this fact quite clearly though, suggesting that a higher power may be at work here.

Therefore the land will mourn, and all its inhabitants will perish. The wild animals, the birds of the sky, and even the fish in the sea will perish.
